What happens after I place an order?
Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation on your registered mobile number and email ID. Your order will then be dispatched and delivered to you within 7-10 business days.
What are your accepted methods of payment?
We accept payments through Debit and Credit Cards, wallets and net banking through a secure online server. All the orders are processed through a secured checkout system. We also offer Cash on Delivery, at an additional charge of 3% on the total amount. Bank transfers are accepted upon special requests.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card online at Anāash?
Yes, at Anāash, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and Credit Card information through our systems. All order are processed through a secure checkout system.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within India, for all orders above Rs. 3,000. A flat shipping rate of Rs.100 is charged, on order orders below Rs. 3,000. COD is available on all order upto Rs. 15,000. For COD orders, we charge an additional fee on the total amount.
How can I check the status of my order?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. Once the package has been dispatched, the shipping details and tracking number will be shared with you, with which you can track the status of your order on www.shiprocket.in.
What types of pearls do you retail online?
We retail a variety of pearls, such as manufactured pearls, cultured pearls, natural pearls and baroque pearls, in different sizes and colours.
Do you customise pieces?

What base metal material are your products set in?
All our Anāash pieces are handcrafted and set in customised hypoallergenic brass with 18k/22k gold plating. Our pieces are nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free.

How are your orders packaged?
Our pieces are beautifully wrapped and packed in our signature pink Anāash boxes. The boxes provide a suede cushioning inside, characterising luxury and exceptional feasibility for storing jewellery. We also provide a care instructions card relevant to the item(s) purchased by you.
Can I return/exchange the product?
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product from our end. In this case, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.
Can sale items and customised pieces be exchanged or returned?
No, there will be no option of return/exchange/replacement on sale items, pre-orders or customised orders.
Do you re-stock items that are sold out on the website?
Yes, we do get fresh stock of products that have been sold out. Since our products are all handcrafted, it could take upto 3-4 weeks to replenish the stock. Please note that our limited edition pieces might not be re-stocked once sold out.
